- Public SEC data can be late, amended, incomplete, or difficult to compare.
- The site may change, go offline, or update pages and methodology without advance notice.
- PortfolioSavvy may limit or remove features that harm trust, readability, or operational reliability.
Reasonable use
- Do not use the service in a way that overloads, abuses, or misrepresents the product.
- Do not present PortfolioSavvy summaries as if they were official SEC documents or sponsored research reports.
- If you rely on a page externally, include enough context for readers to trace the original source.
