On February 27, 2024, the Reporting Person resigned from his position as an executive officer of the Registrant. The Reporting Person is voluntarily filing this Form 4 to indicate that he is no longer subject to Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. All outstanding derivative securities beneficially owned by the Reporting Person were canceled upon resignation.
