Mr. Lin, an executive of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P. ("KKR") and/or one of its affiliates, is a member of the board of directors of BrightSpring Health Services, Inc. (the "Issuer"). Certain affiliates of KKR have filed separate Forms 3 reporting securities of the Issuer that they may be deemed to beneficially own.
